Senior Paralegal

Taylor

When Senior Paralegal Taylor Brayton talks to a client, she is always mindful of the fact that her team could be the only source of support that person can rely on. She knows clients are often in a vulnerable position and she wants them to feel confident in sharing information and asking questions.

“It’s in my blood to help people,” she explains. “This job allows me to do that and give back, and I really love it for that reason.” She wants clients to understand that while the firm is focused on providing the best legal defense, the firm is more than just a business. Barbieri Law is a team dedicated to helping people.

Knowing that the criminal laws and procedures can be very confusing, she wants clients to feel comfortable asking questions or bringing up concerns they may have. Along with the rest of the team, she works to maintain a personable disposition and connect with clients on a personal level. “I want clients to know that I’m happy to help them whenever they need it,” she notes.

Taylor has been supporting attorneys and clients at Barbieri Law since 2017, and she is always eager to learn new aspects of legal practice and client service. She holds an associate degree in Criminal Justice from Collin County Community College as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Justice Studies from Grand Canyon University. In addition, she earned her Paralegal Certificate from the University of North Texas.

Outside the office, Taylor enjoys traveling, hiking, shopping, and hanging out with her family, especially when they have the chance to watch a football game together.
