With over 125 criminal jury trials and more than a decade of experience working within the criminal justice system, Senior Trial Attorney, Geeta Singletary, will meet you where you are to protect your rights, your family, and your life.  Whether you have been wrongfully accused or simply made a mistake, she will stand by your side as she critically works through your case.

Shortly after graduating from Texas Tech University School of Law, Geeta began a 12 year long career at the Collin County District Attorney’s Office as a prosecutor.  During that time, she gained invaluable experience with grand jury, appeals, misdemeanors, felonies, domestic violence cases, and child abuse cases.  She also was a leader within the office as a Chief Felony Prosecutor.  Her jury trial experience ranges from DWI to Possession of Marijuana, Assault Family Violence to Capital Murder, and Injury to a Child to Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child.  Whatever your circumstance, Geeta has the experience to guide you through it.

Through the years, Geeta has been fortunate and honored to both attend and speak at numerous criminal law trainings.  She trained others on numerous topics, including Child Injury and Death Cases, Child Abuse Cases, Search Warrants, and Courtroom Testimony.

She has dedicated most of her career to mastering the ins and outs of criminal law, beginning with an internship at the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office while still in law school.   Also, while attending law school, Ms. Singletary served as Executive Vice President of the Student Bar Association, was a member of the Board of Barristers, and competed on award winning National Mock Trial and National Arbitration teams.  Ultimately, Ms. Singletary was recognized for trial advocacy through membership by invitation into the National Order of Barristers.  Geeta is licensed by the State Bar of Texas and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Geeta believes that no one should be defined by a single event in their lives and that the criminal justice system sometimes gets it wrong.  She will use every tool she has to fight for you.
