EVADING ARREST WITH A VEHICLE

The client was charged with Evading Arrest With a Vehicle in May of 2017 after he did not yield to law enforcement’s request to pull over on his ATV right away. After negotiations with the prosecutor, an agreement was reached, and the client was not required to serve time in prison, but his case was reduced to a misdemeanor charge of Evading Arrest, and he did not receive a conviction for the alleged felony offense.
